As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential social care services to patients in Riyadh. Diaverum is committed to delivering Life Enhancing Renal Care, and we invite passionate individuals to apply for the role of Social Worker.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive psychosocial support and health promotion.
  • Implement effective social care strategies including screening, assessment, intervention, and documentation.
  • Focus on enhancing patient experiences and improving quality of life through personalized care plans.
  • Follow international standards for patient satisfaction and adhere to local regulations and policies.

Requirements:
  • Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; Master’s degree is preferable.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in renal care, diabetes, or hypertension is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Arabic and basic English is required, along with proficiency in MS Office.
