- Obtain the medical and psychological history of the beneficiary and follow up on any developments or new issues.
- Apply the official and unofficial scales followed within the department with all beneficiaries.
- Evaluation three times during the semester and filling them electronically.
- Complete the beneficiary's file during the semester.
- Receive beneficiaries at the scheduled appointment.
- Examine the beneficiary at the beginning of the day, ensure their safety and fitness, and immediately report any emergency.
- Adhere to the session time and daily session schedule, using visual aids.
- Prepare the daily schedule for beneficiaries.
- Export beneficiary plans and inquire about implementation methods.
- Train the beneficiary according to the followed plan and adhere to the specified time and areas.
- Follow educational methods in reinforcement and behavior modification.
- Apply the visual schedule according to its correct form.
- Analyze the beneficiary's progress or the inappropriateness of the plan and discuss it continuously with the supervisor/assistant.
- Follow up on plans and coordinate with the technical supervisor/assistant and modify them as needed.
- Train the beneficiary on independent skills such as toileting, eating meals, and other independent skills.
- Adhere to monitoring the beneficiary's dietary plan and not using nutritional reinforcement methods with the diet.
- Receive and maintain entrusted items and tools.
- Prepare educational materials that serve the training program and directed activities.
- Inventory the program's needs for materials and tools and report to the supervisor.
- Record observations in the daily log and respond to parents' inquiries politely and professionally.
- Assign homework to parents within the Rehaddox system with a simplified description in the follow-up log for parents.
- Adhere to daily electronic monitoring of the beneficiary and ensure its accuracy.
- Turn off lights and air conditioning, tidy up the classroom, return tools, and hand over the skills key at the end of the workday.
- Hand over the beneficiary neatly at the end of the program with all their belongings to the on-duty person or bus supervisor hand-to-hand.
- Adhere to monitoring the beneficiary's exit for services and report any malfunction in the schedule.
- Report the need for beneficiaries for specific interventions or nominate them for the clinic.
- Write notes for support services if there are difficulties in training, to be given to the assistant.
- Monitor the performance of beneficiaries, write observations, and report any emergency or changes concerning the beneficiary to the technical administration.
- Report any malfunction, defect, or required tasks.
- Communicate with parents after consulting the supervisor.
- Contribute to the visiting mother program and deal with parents' inquiries flexibly and objectively.
- Cooperate with the psychologist in writing clinic reports and submitting them to the supervisor on time.
- Review semester and mid-term reports and submit them on time.
- Adhere to activities accompanying the program (structured play/artistic).
- Participate in public events with ideas and participation to integrate the beneficiary into society and contribute to preparing the closing ceremony.
- Contribute to preparing the beneficiary reception program.
- Regular meetings with specialists and the technical director to follow up on beneficiary progress and difficulties.
- Contribute to training trainees, answering their inquiries, and contributing to their evaluation.
- Contribute to developing the training program schedule in coordination with the technical assistant.
- Develop performance by attending workshops and scientific courses.
- Adhere to implementing the role of clinic services from common goals within the classroom.
- Apply the approved system within the rehabilitation programs, organize the classroom environment, and complete forms as required for the environment.
- Enter safety follow-up sessions once daily and training environment follow-up sessions once weekly.
