We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations. This is an immediate hire position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
The Supply Chain Manager will manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, developing strategies and fostering relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing supply chain strategies.
  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Coordinating logistics and monitoring supply chain metrics.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating staff to meet targets.
  • Forecasting demand and preventing stockouts.
  • Overseeing transportation and distribution operations.
  • Establishing key performance indicators to control supply chain processes.
  • Identifying new trends and implementing technological advancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
