Desserts and Bakery Chef

A professional desserts and bakery chef with a passion for preparing and presenting high-quality products, capable of innovating in dessert and bakery recipes while maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness, and contributing to the development of the product menu to enhance the customer experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Preparing and preparing various types of desserts (cakes, tarts, pastries, chocolate, and others) at the highest quality

- Developing new and innovative recipes that align with the brand identity

- Full commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

- Managing and organizing the dessert kitchen and ensuring its cleanliness and order

- Monitoring the quality of raw materials and ensuring their suitability

- Controlling costs and minimizing waste as much as possible

- Training and following up with the team in the dessert department

- Coordinating with management to plan production according to demand and seasons

- Ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and distinctive manner

- Committing to production and delivery deadlines
