Join Backyard Symphony as a Tour Guide! We are looking for a professional and engaging individual to deliver exceptional guided tours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to present cultural, historical, and artistic content in a way that aligns with our organization's identity and provides a remarkable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and conduct guided tours based on approved routes and schedules.
  • Present cultural, historical, and artistic information clearly and engagingly.
  • Deliver tours in English and at least one additional approved foreign language.
  • Engage positively with visitors and professionally respond to inquiries.
  • Adhere to visitor service standards and exhibit professional conduct.
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams for smooth tour delivery.
  • Support special events and activities as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Languages and Translation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, French, or Italian.
  • 1–3 years of experience in tour guiding, museums, cultural institutions, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and visitor engagement abilities.
  • Good cultural and historical knowledge.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work during events.
