Position Overview:
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing floor and shelf layout plans in assigned branches.

Responsibilities:
  • Floor Layout:
    • Arrange and/or re-arrange display fixtures (Wall Units, Gondolas, etc.) according to latest Floor Plan.
    • Report any missing, damaged, or erroneous fixtures to superiors and follow up until addressed.
  • Shelf Layout:
    • Arrange and/or re-arrange items (products) displayed on fixtures according to latest released planograms.
  • Display Presentation:
    • Clean and ensure all items (products) are presentable and in good condition before displaying on fixtures.
    • Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) need thorough cleaning.
  • Reports:
    • Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
    • Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
    • Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.
    • Conduct OOS / Inventory Reports of Private Label products as per need basis.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Minimum Highschool graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
  • Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), and Computer Skills are a plus.

About the Role
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining high-impact visual displays and in-store presentation standards that reflect the luxury brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensure all displays comply with global brand standards and regional VM directives. Stay up to date with seasonal updates from brand headquarters.
  • Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support new collection launches, promotions, and events. Prepare VM elements in advance of campaigns to ensure timely execution. Participate in pre-launch briefings and propose creative ideas to maximize impact.
  • Product Presentation & Rotation: Regularly update product displays to align with best-sellers, stock availability, and sales strategies. Ensure accurate pricing, clean displays, and correct product tagging. Support the remerchandising of slow-moving items to improve visibility and turnover.
  • Training & Collaboration: Train boutique staff on VM principles and the importance of visual presentation. Work closely with boutique managers to align visual execution with commercial objectives. Provide VM guidelines and updates to store teams regularly.
  • Store Maintenance & Inventory Handling: Monitor the condition of VM props, mannequins, and display materials; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure display materials are properly stored and maintained. Coordinate with stock teams for accurate product availability during VM changes.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Conduct regular boutique visits and audits to assess compliance and effectiveness. Prepare visual merchandising reports with photographic documentation and recommendations. Provide feedback to the brand or regional VM teams on local implementation and customer response.
