Main responsibilities and duties:

Receiving customers and welcoming them in a decent and professional manner.

Presenting the menu to customers and assisting them in choosing suitable dishes and drinks.

Accurately taking orders and delivering them to the kitchen or cashier in a timely manner.

Ensuring that orders are served correctly and quickly according to approved quality standards.

Following up on customer needs while they are seated and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.

Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of tables before and after customers leave.

Adhering to personal hygiene rules and formal work appearance.

Cooperating with the team to ensure the smooth flow and quality of service.

Informing the supervisor of any observations or complaints from customers and addressing them according to the specified procedures.

Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of work.
