We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to effectively manage and organize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a commitment to maintaining accurate and safe practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization and management of the warehouse, including inventory and products.
  • Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and document all product movements.
  • Pack and unpack products efficiently for shipping and storage.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management as well as shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately, with the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Assist Inventory Manager in reporting data for all relevant activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management System experience is a plus.
