Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage storage area by optimizing floor space and adhering to staging principles.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Maintain inventory record accuracy through regular physical counts and reconciliation of variances.
  • Handle and report any discrepancies, damages, and non-conformities.
  • Schedule customer orders based on priorities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives for resolving errors in customer orders.
  • Maintain temperature tracking records throughout the cold chain cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse activities to meet company and local authority standards.
  • Prepare and communicate transportation schedules to transporters.
  • Optimize transportation processes to achieve cost savings while maintaining delivery standards.
  • Manage physical and system scrapping according to established standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP Business Suite and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strong skills in warehousing, SKU management, and stock counting.
  • Computer software proficiency.
