Role Overview:
This full-time position will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including staff supervision, shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff
• Ensure safe handling and operation of forklifts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material transactions using software systems
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with authorization processes for dispatching materials
• Classify and arrange inventory according to project requirements

Qualifications:
We require candidates with supervisory skills and experience in inventory control and material handling. Ideal applicants should preferably have experience in infrastructure projects related to water and sewage.

In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Retail Director and Finance team to:

• Assist in setting and managing budgets.
• Lead recruitment and development initiatives for retail staff.
• Ensure optimal placement of stock across shop floors.
• Enhance the in-store fan experience.
• Manage in-store fixtures, equipment, and consumables.
• Oversee visual merchandising efforts.
• Coordinate with the Marketing & Content Team to align marketing strategies and deliver impactful campaign assets for retail channels.
• Maximize store traffic in collaboration with clubs.
• Manage operations during match days and airport stores, along with third-party retail partners.
• Deliver special events and manage payroll costs and overheads effectively.
• Implement inventory control measures and stock loss prevention.
• Conduct audits including cash control.
• Collaborate with IT for the rollout and management of EPOS and retail IT systems.
• Support the planning and delivery of new branches.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong passion for customer experience.

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
