Join Our Team as a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist!
At Meshkati Trading, we are looking for a dedicated Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to oversee our daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient management of goods and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock replenishment.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
  • Enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Oversee the safe handling and storage of hazardous materials (if applicable).
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and operational issues.
  • Maintain records for audits, inspections, and reporting to management.
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (ERP-Odoo) for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 35 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in procurement or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
