Retail Operations Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury retail stores across Saudi Arabia, ensuring high standards of service, product presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales performance, customer engagement, and market expansion.
• Manage and mentor store managers and retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi market regulations, brand guidelines, and company policies.
• Optimize inventory management, merchandising, and store layouts to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer trends, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management, suppliers, and VIP clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand activations.
• Lead expansion initiatives, including new store openings and market penetration strategies.

• 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia in a retail operations role, preferably in jewellery, luxury fashion, or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of Saudi retail market dynamics, customer preferences, and business regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multi-store operations and large retail teams.
• Expertise in sales performance management, inventory control, and merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric luxury retail environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience with high-end jewellery brands or international luxury retail chains.
• Strong network within the luxury retail and jewellery industry in Saudi Arabia.

Required a sales representative with 5 years of experience or more for a well-established institution with over 25 years in Riyadh in industrial supplies and building materials.

Experience dealing with contracting companies is preferred, and having a client base is a plus.

The salary will be determined during the interview + commission on sales.
