• Monitor content performance to drive improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Media or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience preferences.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in image/video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.

We are seeking a skilled professional to specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in various buildings, while adhering to engineering standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver efficient HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) operations
• Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate with facility teams and guide junior technicians
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance standards and energy optimization

Technical Competencies:

• Experience with CHW systems: AHU, FAHU, FCU, PHE, and CHW circulation

• Replace filters, check refrigerants, record readings, and troubleshoot faults
