About the Role
Are you an organizational talent with an eye for detail and a passion for international trade processes? Join us at Swiss Post Cargo, where you will be a crucial link between our global supply chains and applicable customs regulations.

Your Responsibilities
- Take charge of customs clearance, handling all import and export formalities to ensure a smooth process.
- Efficiently process incoming customer orders with a customer-oriented approach.
- Maintain daily communication with customs offices to coordinate activities and ensure compliance.
- Create and manage correspondence and keep accurate records of customs dossiers.

Your Qualifications
- A specialist certificate in customs is preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a basic commercial education are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with the E-Dec, NCTS, and Ezoll system is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for harmonious team cooperation and effective customer contact.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and good English skills are required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be SCFHS certified.

Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
