General Role: As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements that embody the high-end hospitality of our resort, going beyond mere decoration to create emotional connections through nature’s beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning: Conduct training for the housekeeping team on floral and decoration arrangements, and manage setups for VIP villas, honeymooners, and special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays.
  • Design & Installation: Create bespoke floral arrangements for various resort areas, including lobbies and restaurants, aligning with the resort’s aesthetic and seasonal themes.
  • Event Styling: Collaborate with event planners for designing floral décor for events such as weddings and product launches.
  • Guest Experience: Prepare personalized bouquets for VIP guests and special occasions.
  • Maintenance: Ensure freshness and vibrancy of all arrangements through regular care and replacement of wilted flowers.


Strategic Impact: Your role contributes significantly to the atmosphere and brand identity of the resort, enhancing the overall guest experience through careful floral design and scent management.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with various departments including housekeeping and F&B to meet floral needs, manage supplier relationships, and potentially lead a team of designers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design, preferably in a luxury or wellness resort.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of flowers.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.


Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina for activities including walking, standing, and lifting items up to 20 kg. Flexibility in working varied shifts is also necessary.

Work Environment: Operates across various indoor and outdoor areas of the resort, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced and mindful environment.

  • Relevant safety certifications (*, OSHA, NEBOSH) are desirable.
