Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy and the GCC’s leading food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support its HR Division in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will help enhance employee services within the sales division.

Responsibilities:
  • Review medical requests to ensure they align with company policies.
  • Verify bank loans for entitlement eligibility.
  • Analyze school fee invoices to confirm they meet claims eligibility.
  • Ensure new and trial employees’ salary documents are complete for timely payments.
  • Oversee termination and final payment requests for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Competencies needed: Politely engaging, positive attitude, disciplined and organized, team-oriented.

  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
