Our client, a leading food investment company specializing in high-end and fast casual food concepts, is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to oversee their supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement inventory management policies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work with restaurant managers to ensure timely supply delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and contract terms.
  • Saudi Arabian work experience is preferred.
