As a key member of our team, you will oversee all procurement activities and manage vendor relationships. Your role is crucial in optimizing the resort’s purchasing processes to maintain high-quality standards and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with resort objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage the approved supplier database.
  • Oversee inventory control, purchasing processes, and budget management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct cost analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, contracts, and auditing procedures.
  • Manage procurement records, contracts, and financial transactions accurately.
  • Support finance and operations teams in budgeting, reporting, and pricing initiatives.
  • Represent the resort in procurement-related trade shows and industry events.

Job Requirements:
  • BA or Diploma in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration (preferred), or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in 5-star resorts and in pre-opening.
