Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the purchasing strategy for the hotel.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage supplier relationships for timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Conduct market research for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align purchasing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent waste and ensure readiness.
  • Champion sustainable sourcing practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant purchasing experience.
  • Proven success in cost savings and supplier management.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
