Join Our Team as a Receptionist!
At Hilton, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding reception services, ensuring an efficient and warm welcome for guests.
  • Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes and complete necessary audit procedures.
  • Keep Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed regarding guest feedback.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in team development.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel rooms, rates, promotions, and other key information.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services.
  • Follow appropriate procedures regarding payments and financial transactions.
  • Adhere to hotel security and health regulations.
  • Support other departments as required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Completion of high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude with effective communication skills.
  • Commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT skills.

Advantageous Skills:
  • Experience with cash handling.
