About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring high levels of sales and customer satisfaction at your designated Car Rental branch. Your responsibilities will involve team management, customer interactions, cash management, and service delivery in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to regional sales plans and lead sales activities to meet agreed targets.
  • Monitor sales results and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Implement customer delight initiatives and monitor customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for customer transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage escalated customer issues to meet branch counter targets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager - Regional Rental to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • High School Graduate or Diploma preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work.
  • Flexibility in work approach.
