At IHG, every day brings different challenges and opportunities. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and ensuring seamless communication across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted support to the General Manager by managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, hotel staff, guests, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate various projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and attend weekly meetings, recording accurate minutes.
  • Draft responses to guest inquiries and assist the General Manager as needed.
  • Prepare documents such as complimentary forms and gift vouchers.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain an organized filing and record system for business contacts.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hotel PMS experience is a plus.
