Your goal is to provide an exceptional marketing experience for customers by showcasing products attractively, explaining their features and cultural values, and contributing to achieving daily sales targets while maintaining service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieving the overall sales target for the showroom.
  • Complying with daily sales goals.
  • Welcoming customers and guiding them within the showroom sections while providing accurate information such as product features, uses, prices, and after-sales services.
  • Demonstrating price comparisons and additional features to encourage purchases.
  • Informing customers about the latest promotions and discounts while addressing inquiries.
  • Maintaining customer loyalty through excellent service.
  • Effectively promoting and marketing products.
  • Providing high-quality customer service.
  • Handling payment transactions and processing product exchanges and returns according to company policies.
  • Preparing various promotional offers.
  • Building friendly relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Conducting inventory.
  • Managing and resolving customer issues.
  • Receiving and delivering goods.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information and not sharing it with competitors.
  • Carrying out any other related tasks as assigned by the showroom manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.
  • Professional Marketing Management Certificate (CMMP).
  • Professional Marketer Certificate (PCM).
  • Certified Business Professional in Marketing (CBP).
