About The Role

• Problem-solving capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests experience the highest level of dining excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing consistently high-quality food products.
• Delivering courteous and professional service.
• Supporting the outlet’s operational concept to meet Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef - Pastry or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.

About The Role:
As a Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and following up on the delivery of goods and services needed by the Resort. You will ensure all purchases meet quality standards, budget requirements, and Four Seasons procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase products and services as requested by departments
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and obtain competitive quotes
• Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival
• Maintain purchasing records and update system data accurately
• Assist with inventory and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience; hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of purchasing systems (*, BirchStreet) is a plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
