This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to support the General Director in making strategic, organizational, and operational people decisions for a luxury hotel property located in Yanbu. As a key leader, you will drive organizational performance by focusing on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talented team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to the hotel's General Director and offer advisory support to the management team on HR matters.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR operations.
- Enhance and maintain the employer brand in the local market, and implement innovative recruitment processes.
- Foster colleague engagement through effective communication and activities, while addressing staff grievances proactively.
- Establish competitive compensation and benefits structures based on market analysis.
- Implement and oversee efficient HR administration and compliance with local labor laws.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant university degree in HR management or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of HR management experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in the local language and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and local labor regulations.
