We are seeking a talented Marketing Director for our Kempinski Hotel & Resort Sariya Yanbu. In this role, you will ensure compliance with the Kempinski brand and promote our hotel and outlets as market leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Budget: Develop and manage the marketing plan, promote various hotel services, and conduct regular competition analysis.
  • Content Management: Oversee development of online and offline content while ensuring relevance and accuracy.
  • Collateral and Advertising: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and oversee production of marketing materials.
  • Brand Guardian: Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and ensure correct messaging.
  • Communication and Reporting: Lead marketing meetings and prepare reports.
  • Self Development: Participate in training and stay updated with marketing trends.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Marketing.
  • 68 years in hotel marketing or media agency.
  • Excellent communication skills in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative programs.
