In this pivotal role, you will produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Education: BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Food & Beverage management role within a 5* hotel chain
Language: Excellent oral and written skills in the local language and English; additional languages are beneficial.
Competencies:
Individual Characteristics: Passionate about Food & Beverage, people-oriented, entrepreneurial, leader, team player, and reliable with a sense of responsibility.
In this pivotal role, you will produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all rules & regulations within the hotel, including fire safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Drive sales to maximize the outlet’s potential while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality products and service within the outlet.
- Develop the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner, actively looking for opportunities to generate more business.
- Foster innovation and communicate new ideas to the Head of Department.
- Implement talent development initiatives and support career development through training.
- Conduct performance appraisals for all outlet employees, providing feedback on their job performance.
