Join TÜV SÜD as a Sales Engineer

Your Tasks:
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in inspection and related services.
  • Promote our industrial services portfolio through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare compliant proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into purchase orders.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and support management in refining sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all sales activities.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in technical sales within industrial services.
  • Knowledge of NDT methods and industrial inspection services.
  • Experience in oil & gas or construction environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Your Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to translate client needs into tangible solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
