About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our distribution team in Abha. This role requires strong market presence, effective team leadership, and a commitment to driving excellent execution across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Set clear sales objectives and review team performance daily.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess execution and identify new opportunities.
- Drive market expansion by acquiring and following up with new accounts.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, merchandising, and planogram standards.
- Provide coaching and development through field accompaniment and evaluations.
- Support successful execution of delivery, product management, merchandising, and equipment placement.
- Maintain a physical presence in the territory to understand customer needs.
- Monitor KPIs and lead problem-solving through MIR and APR processes.
Qualifications & Skills:- 3+ years of supervisory experience in FMCG or food distribution
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and market execution
- Ability to analyze performance data and make timely decisions
