Join Al Makan for Elevators as a Customer Services Specialist!We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to welcome our customers and visitors, providing top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and messages, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Follow up on customer requests (both new and existing) and update their status.
- Organize and maintain customer and request data in Excel files.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management regarding customer interactions.
- Coordinate with maintenance and sales teams as needed.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and visits as required.
- Assist management with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferably in a technical/engineering field).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- Polite, organized personality capable of professional customer interactions.
- Able to work as part of a team and handle work pressure effectively.
