Planning and Cost Engineer, you will develop and implement a comprehensive inspection program focused on assets and facilities primarily in the Eastern Province, particularly the Al-Ahsa region. This role ensures all assets, including pumping stations, distribution networks, and storage systems, maintain high standards and compliance with international protocols.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive schedules and establish cost baselines.
- Oversee project progress and financial expenditures, generating forecasts as needed.
- Support the project manager with schedule and cost reporting.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in value engineering and cost management.
- Proven track record in developing inspection documents and manuals for industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with Primavera/MSP is preferred.
