Position Duties:- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children.
- Acquire knowledge of ISG District policies and library procedures.
- Support and lead library team members and teaching staff.
- Oversee daily library operations and manage circulation desk.
- Coordinate digital databases, including eBook processes.
- Lead in collection development aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a culture of reading.
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance library skill instruction.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Library Science preferred.
- Teacher/Librarian certification is an advantage.
- Experience in a library setting is essential.
Skills Required:- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
