About the RoleAs a Production Supervisor at Guardian Industries, you will drive a positive team culture while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities. You will ensure smooth plant operations across shifts, engage team members, and transform the operational vision into actionable results.
Your Responsibilities- Lead an operational team in a safe and efficient manner, focused on advancing the vision, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Build a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and utilizing them to maximize team value.
- Promote safety excellence by encouraging employee involvement and accountability to eliminate hazards.
- Facilitate team development, communication, and problem-solving to foster employee commitment.
- Monitor product quality and guide crew members to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure the individual performance development cycle is applied.
- Meet or exceed KPI goals through effective process improvement.
- Work in a shift rotation of 12 hours, day and night shifts.
Who You AreYou possess experience in leading high-performing teams and the ability to enact change that maximizes value. You demonstrate commitment to promoting behaviors aligned with the company's visions and values.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in glass production (float line or coating line) is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility.
