Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your focus will be on leading initiatives for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:- Ensure safety and quality standards are met and serve as an example to others.
- Accomplish production plans by scheduling personnel, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.
- Design and implement efficient production schedules and manage time effectively.
- Monitor load versus capacity and ensure resources are aligned with production needs.
- Conduct corrective actions for reworks and scraps as required.
- Communicate performance expectations and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Lead incident investigations and identify training needs.
Required Skills and Experience:- Proven experience in supervising manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC machining, welding, and assembly of API6A products.
- 35 years of experience in the oil and gas manufacturing sector.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
