Position Summary:As a Guest Service Expert, you will play an essential role in providing a great dining experience through various tasks including setting tables, interacting with guests, handling their requests, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and clearing tables with attention to detail.
- Serving food and drinks to guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to fulfill guest orders.
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant.
- Moving throughout the dining area and assisting guests as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Certification is not required.
