Role Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical expert on Trend Micro products, assisting customers in selecting and deploying Next-Gen security solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and trainings on Trend Micro solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to stay updated on the latest technologies and strategies.
  • Help train and support the sales team to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in presales support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, including SOC operations, cloud security, and threat detection.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for customer security.

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction-related environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC-related products.
  • Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Experience influencing technical decision-makers through compliant, evidence-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts.

As a Specification Sales Engineer, your primary role will be to drive sales of Electrical Products for Eaton's DPQ Business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
