We are seeking a talented HR Specialist to manage our human resources functions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Prepare reports and metrics to assess HR effectiveness and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
