We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and write meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Draft and edit official emails and administrative reports quickly and accurately.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and daily executive tasks.
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare reports and tracking sheets using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location: Riyadh
