Role Overview:The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on horticulture and gardening. You will be responsible for researching land use, developing community projects, and guiding staff training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct research and experiments to identify land use problems and suitable plant varieties.
- Provide guidance on landscaping designs and effective implementation strategies.
- Coordinate Integrated Pest Management programs across landscaped areas.
- Study soil characteristics and improve measurement techniques to enhance planting outcomes.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscaping, or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in gardening/landscaping, with at least 5 years focused on horticulture.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
