Purpose of the Job:Manage the reception function to deliver consistent, accurate services to our customers through a high-performance team, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company procedures.
Key Accountabilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Lead and manage the service reception team to meet operational targets.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Promote a guest-centric mindset for express maintenance activities.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective communication across departments.
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
