Job Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide the residential sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies suitable for the local market.
- Train and develop the skills of sales employees and motivate them to achieve optimal results.
- Enhance customer relations and improve the purchase experience.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills Required:- Saudi nationality (a must).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in the Kingdom.
- High leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in handling sales-related digital systems and technologies.
