About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and organized
Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support our sales team and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with various departments for efficient execution of sales-related activities.
- Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
