Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Technical & Sales Presentations: Conduct technical presentations tailored to customer specifications, showcasing our fabrication capabilities.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiations: Prepare RFQs, quotations and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the fabrication workshop and engineering teams to ensure project execution aligns with quality standards.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities and market trends, providing insightful sales forecasts.
Desired Skills & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, particularly in the fabrication sector.
- Strong knowledge of welding, steel structures, and the fabrication process.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and MS Office.
