- Manage check-in/check-out processes and complete necessary audit procedures.
- Keep Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed regarding guest feedback.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in team development.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel rooms, rates, promotions, and other key information.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services.
- Follow appropriate procedures regarding payments and financial transactions.
- Adhere to hotel security and health regulations.
- Support other departments as required.
What We Are Looking For:- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Completion of high school certificate or equivalent.
- Positive attitude with effective communication skills.
- Commitment to high customer service standards.
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent IT skills.
Advantageous Skills:- Experience with cash handling.
