As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the Security Team and maintain constant vigilance of hotel operations and premises to ensure a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor hotel property and respond to incidents.
- Maintain documentation and key systems according to legal and company standards.
- Recommend improvements in surveillance and fire systems.
- Train and supervise the Security Team, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Conduct regular briefings with your team.
Qualifications:- Previous security experience, preferably in environments with large crowds.
- Familiarity with planning and enforcing security protocols.
- Current knowledge of fire safety and first aid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personal presentation is essential.
Preferred Skills:- Previous training experience in security.
