Join us as a Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent!We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance within our utility area.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and execute preventive and urgent maintenance works during shifts.
- Conduct daily inspections of all equipment and execute programmed activities according to the maintenance plan.
- Perform failure analyses and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Develop upgrades and permanent solutions for frequent issues.
- Contribute to creating standard work procedures for utility equipment maintenance.
- Assist in preparing the spare parts budget and monitor the delivery and inspection of received parts.
- Provide comprehensive reports on maintenance plan execution, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Prepare technical reports for higher management, including evaluations of relevant bids.
- Help develop a standard specifications list for spare parts.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in utility mechanical maintenance in the steel industry or 10+ years in a similar heavy industry.
