Join Our Team as a Branch Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to join شركة مجموعة الهناء التجارية. This role is pivotal to ensuring our branch meets its operational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in setting branch goals in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
• Manage, plan, and organize branch operations according to approved operational plans and programs.
• Oversee administrative processes related to the branch and ensure all necessary technical and human resources are available for daily operations.
• Develop and track implementation of detailed plans and programs for the branch to achieve optimal outputs and high levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor compliance with all approved regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise staff performance, enhance their development, and maintain motivation.
• Build relationships with external partners and coordinate joint projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences or Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficient communication, organizational, supervisory, and responsibility skills.
- Advanced skills in Arabic and English.

This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 5590 SR. The working hours are in the morning, six days a week.
