Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of project cost management across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Monitor and analyze cost performance, identifying trends and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly cost reports tailored to stakeholders.
- Lead cash flow forecasts and assess cost implications of changes.
- Maintain accurate cost databases and optimize cost control tools.
- Support internal and external audits related to cost control.
- Mentor junior cost engineers, fostering team excellence.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in cost control or project controls, specifically within large-scale EPC/EPCM projects. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cost control systems is essential.
