Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage key property issues including customer service and refurbishment.
- Assist in developing meaningful budgets and short/long-term strategic goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel management team.
- Respond to audits and ensure continual improvement.
- Manage the service delivery of all operational departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Control costs and analyze results to address issues proactively.
- Develop management talent within the hotel and facilitate career progression.
- Seek and respond to guest feedback for high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular briefings and communication meetings with the Heads of Department.
What We Are Looking For:Your qualifications must include a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent, strong commercial acumen, and experience in managing budgets and revenue proposals. You should have in-depth knowledge of the hotel and service sector, alongside strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
