Role Description
The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and executing daily human resources operations, which include:

Recruitment and onboarding processes
Employee relations, including handling matters related to leave, attendance, and exits
Contracts and payroll coordination
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations

What We Are Looking For
We seek candidates who possess:

Basic understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures
Accuracy, responsibility, and a strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Strong time management and task organization skills
Good communication skills in Arabic and English

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English

التعامل مع مسائل علاقات الموظفين والرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل واللوائح الداخلية.
تنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير.
إعداد تقارير وموثق الموارد البشرية حسب الحاجة.
