Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or engineering.
- 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or spare parts management.
- Skilled in inventory report preparation.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and basic costing.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
Responsibilities:- Maintain technical spare part supply in the store/warehouse in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Carry out receipt inspection and verify orders.
- Perform storage, labeling, and system updates upon receiving items.
- Record and post daily issued spare parts accurately.
- Conduct periodic stock-taking and maintain stock levels as per defined ranges.
- Oversee local repair, fabrication, and service orders.
- Communicate discrepancies and damaged stock promptly.
